Mailtolink-generator.com is a free, browser-based tool for building mailto: links. It also publishes reference material — templates, case studies, syntax guides, and articles — to help you use those links well. The core generator runs entirely in your browser; the reference pages are static HTML served over the public web. No account is needed to use any part of the Service.
Permitted use
You may use the Service, and the mailto: links it generates, on your own websites, emails, documents, marketing material, and communications, including commercial ones. You do not need to credit us, though a link back is always appreciated. You may not use the Service to build links that facilitate spam, phishing, harassment, deceptive practices, unlawful activity, or the transmission of malware or illegal content. You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service or the servers that host it.
Intellectual property
The layout, design, code, written guides, templates, case studies, and illustrations on this site are © Mailtolink-generator.com and its contributors. The mailto: links you generate belong to you and are yours to use freely. You may quote short excerpts from our articles with attribution and a link back to the source page. Please do not republish full pages, templates, or case studies verbatim without written permission.
Third-party links and content
The site links out to standards, reference material, and other resources maintained by third parties (RFC 6068, npm package pages, academic papers, and similar). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or availability of those external sites. Following an outbound link is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Advertising
